At Spin Master I had the honor of working in several roles on the global Brand Design team with some of the most notable brands, creatives and professionals in the toy, entertainment and games industry.

Starting out as Senior Production Artist and quickly promoted to Production Art Manager, I established and led Spin Master's first creative production team, growing from 2 to 13 artists while supporting designers in rolling out multilingual packaging assortments, extensions, and more. As Brand Design Manager, I led a team of designers, production artists, and structural engineers for the Dolls & Interactive toy packaging portfolio, ensuring alignment on brand identity and messaging across stakeholders. And finally, as Creative Production Operations Lead, I directed various teams within Brand Design to optimize workflows and enhance collaborations within the global department and its stakeholders.

Notable Spin Master IP and licensed brands that I and my teams have contributed to over the course of my tenure include (but not limited to): Batman, DC Universe, PAW Patrol, Kinetic Sand, Unicorn Academy, Wizarding World of Harry Potter, DreamWorks Dragons, Bakugan, Monster Jam, Hatchimals, SuperCross, Gabby’s Dollhouse, Meccano/Erector, Mighty Express, Unicorn Academy and more.

As a Senior Designer for Hasbro’s Disney Princess line, I created rough concept artwork through to final in-store packaging for the Little Kingdom line of toys, including the launch of the new Magical Movers property.

Notable facets of this process include:

• Art direction of product and lifestyle photoshoots (sets, costumes and lighting) and custom illustrations from my own initial rough sketches through to vendor final color, as well as key art retouching and manipulation

• Partnership and regular in-person presentations with the licensor creative and marketing teams (Disney)

• High-level, fast-paced collaborations with various Hasbro internal teams such as Marketing, Product Design, Creative Management and Structural Engineering to ensure all strategic goals and requirements are met, as well as reviews and approvals from our QA and Legal teams for distribution

These are just a few outstanding examples from many of these highly creative and complex projects.

As Senior Project Manager for Redbox, I provided full-scale creative project management, art direction, brand refresh development and in-house design for nationwide multi-channel campaigns including kiosk, games, interactive, social, mobile, retail, email, web, public relations, trade, and print. As Associate Manager and part of an accomplished and talented Creative Services team at Disney Interactive, I played a key role in collaborating with creative management, brand and marketing teams on art direction and concepts, as well as managing stakeholder and third-party revisions and approvals. I provided concepts and rough mock-ups through to production of final deliverables, while maintaining efficiency in workflows, timeline and file structure management.

As a freelance contractor for a Morley Builders, a construction leader in various notable and iconic Southern California projects, I oversaw the development and architecture of their website renovation in WordPress platform, featuring over 200+ pages.

Provided design and production services from comps to final deliverables for in-store print/POS signage, direct mail and email campaigns, web design and digital banners. Shown are just a few samples of my work at Sport Chalet.

As a contracted designer for the NFL, I provided services in photoshop vector masking, digital painting, retouching and layering for use in widely distributed training videos, displayed on their NFL Up! website.

As Marketing Manager and Senior Designer for Mastro's Restaurants, I designed and developed a complete overhaul of their corporate website, including responsive coding, photography direction, and an integrated opentable reservation system linked to all restaurant locations nationwide.

As Senior Designer and Marketing Manager for Mastro's Restaurants corporate office, I worked alongside corporate executives and an award-winning agency to develop branding for this newly acquired property. With style established, I designed and produced artworks including menus, large format signage, promotional items, packaging, posters, grand opening collateral and special event materials.
